Great place and environment. I go to Jenny who is my dear friend and I known her since past 7 years. I go to her for my nails , waxing, massage and eyebrows done. She is truly very professional and very hard working girl. She never rushes and very much focused on her job. I asked for a very easy and specific hair cut -under the shoulder and straight- and yet I ended up with the hair at the chin level and completely layered. I called back because I was extremely unhappy with the result and they offered to fix it at no cost, which I was very grateful for. However that is not enough or even ok in any way, since the only option was cutting it even more. I have been with my hair on a half pony tail since I cut it more than a month ago (and will probably be for the next 1 to 2 months) while I wait for it to grow back, and I am sorry but that is not ok.

I was really highly recommendated but the results were not as desired.My hair was left over treated with hair color and put under the steam.The end result was a disaster.I hope this is taken into records as the senior hair stylist left me disappointed.
